Ribbon Blanket

I saw a blanket like the one I've made a few years ago! The blanket I saw was in a designer store and had a designer price tag to go with it. A couple of weeks later my mother in law picked up a couple of cheap polar fleece blankets,  I stashed the pink one away and knew exactly what I was going to do with it.  I raced out and bought all the ribbons and then...

A couple of years later I found it in a pile of fabrics and got to work; and I'm really happy with the finished result :)

I had to pin most of the ribbons on before hand as the polar fleece stretches as it's sewn.
